Best Staff in the area! They made my cupcake of a dog not afraid to go in and see them. Thorough and kind... I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Not impressed. First, if you want an appointment you'll need to pre-pay, not a problem. I paid. I work from home and I was on a call that lasted longer than expected and I live 30 minutes away. While driving to the appointment, I called to explain that I was running late. It was really hard to hear as I was driving but all I could hear was silence on the phone, I responded with a Hello? Hello? is anyone there?? then I hear someone and she says, we'll please hurry as my $68.00 PRE-PAID appointment was going to back them up for the day. WEIRD. The appt was at 2pm. I get there and there is NO ONE in the waiting room and the front lady behind the desk won't even look up from her computer to look at me. So, I figured, I'll stand here until she looks up, which took her a couple of minutes. WEIRD. I was expecting a greeting of "How can i help you today?" or "Are you the 2pm appt? but rather made me feel not wanted. WEIRD AGAIN. Anyways the appt took like 2 minutes-seriously. Once again, I go out to the "front lady behind the desk" to pay. Ignores me again and then just states the amount I owe. RUDE!!! NOT impressed. I pay and get out of there as I'm NEVER COMING BACK!
