Affordable Animal Emergency Clinic

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Affordable Animal Emergency Clinic. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had taking one of my pets to a veterinarian, especially during an emergency. The night I realized my cat Erin had a very painful, swollen abscess near the base of her tail, I called several emergency vets in the area. One told me they weren’t accepting any more patients that evening and to try again the next day, and another told me the wait would be 6–8 hours. When I called Affordable Animal Emergency Clinic, they told me to bring her in. They even sent me the paperwork electronically so I could have everything filled out before I arrived. Once we got there, they got Erin in right away. Everything from the examination to explaining the treatment plan was quick, thorough, and incredibly affordable for emergency veterinary care. Erin had a fever of 105.8 and ultimately needed her abscess surgically drained and cleaned, a drain placed, medication, and an overnight stay. They took wonderful care of her, and she recovered beautifully. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful, and Dr. Brown was absolutely wonderful. When he called me about Erin, he spent probably 10 minutes talking with me, explaining everything and answering my questions. He even made a point of making sure I knew where to park safely when I came back to the clinic. It was such a small thing, but it really showed how thoughtful and caring he was. I also ran into trouble afterward getting my pet insurance to cover the emergency visit. I reached back out to the clinic asking whether they could provide any additional documentation about the severity of Erin’s condition. They responded quickly and provided exactly what I needed, with a thorough statement from the doctor explaining why immediate emergency treatment had been medically necessary. They went above and beyond for us even after Erin was no longer in their care. From beginning to end, everything was handled quickly, thoroughly, compassionately, and professionally. During a stressful situation with a pet you love, having people who make things easier instead of harder means so much. I was genuinely impressed with this clinic and would recommend them to anyone who needs emergency veterinary care. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Brown and the entire staff for taking such good care of Erin.

This was the nearest clinic near me and my dog was very sick, I called them before coming in and they were extremely fast and professional. I would recommend this to everyone.

Received final care for our boy Samson here. Though he didn't make it, the staff here was able to at least give him some comfort in his final day. Thank you for the compassion

I am very pleased with the care Luna received at Affordable Animal Emergency. Dr Brown did amazing work getting her back up and running around. I would consider changing them to my veterinary office if this was possible. The price for emergency services was very impressive as well. I will rest a lot easier at night knowing that I have this resource available in times of an emergency Ten Plus Stars!!!!!

I was there 13 days ago thinking I was going to have to put my dog Rosie a sleep, they were very helpful and understanding and to help me through this difficult time and helped me keep my dog alive and keeping me inform with her every day status! I recommend them!
