Worst experience ever. I told them I had an emergency for my cat and I could wait a day or two but I don’t want it to get worse. They said we could squeeze me in next week at a normal rate or this Saturday for more $$. I needed him in quick so I took the Saturday. Anyway long story short they canceled my appointment because I was going to be a little late and “the doctor wanted to leave at 11”. My animals shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences, because the vet wants to leave early to get margaritas with their buddies. Now I have to last minute find a place to take my cat, that won’t charge me for the last minute fee. I just want my cat to be okay. It’s privately owned so no one will be held accountable. I wish there were people out there that actually did this practice for the love of animals, not just the money.

It's hard to decide when there has been enough suffering. That day had come. The decision made. We called All Creatures and they were so kind and helpful. We were able to get in right away dreading the process. The staff was so understanding and so supportive. You can tell they really care. From the moment we walked in and then after all was done we were cared for. We were allowed to hold our baby and let her know she was not alone and loved in her final moments. Few days later we get a card in the mail with everyone's messages of condolences. Was heart warming.
