Cheney Veterinary Clinic

My dog has need to get in ASAP for stitches twice in the last couple months and Cheney Vet always gets him in and takes great care of him.

Wonderful Professional Staff

I work for Cheney Veterinary Clinic, but I’m writing this review as a client. For years, I’ve known that my dog Ruby needed to be spayed and have her luxating patella repaired. Unfortunately, many years ago, I had another dog of mine experience an incredibly rare anesthetic complication during a routine spay, and we almost lost her. Ever since, I’ve been terrified to put my own dogs under anesthesia. Even though I work in veterinary medicine and see anesthetic procedures performed safely every day, that fear has been incredibly difficult to overcome. Dr. Jess was nothing short of wonderful. She was understanding and compassionate about my history aind took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and help me feel comfortable without ever making me feel judged or pressured. She respected that I needed to come to terms with the decision in my own time and gave me the space to do that. Kayla was the veterinary assistant on Ruby’s case, and she was equally wonderful. She was professional, compassionate, and incredibly gentle with Ruby throughout the entire process. Knowing my girl was in the hands of people who genuinely cared about her made an emotional day so much easier. I’m grateful not only to work for Cheney Veterinary Clinic, but to be a client who wholeheartedly trusts the doctors and team I work alongside with the animals I love most. There is something incredibly special about being able to say that. ❤️

I’m always confident that my 16 year old dog is in good hands when I take him to Cheney Veterinary Clinic.

I have loved the Cheney vet for years. everyone who works there is amazing. They go above and beyond for the animals. Compared to other places the pricing is better and you don’t feel pressured into doing anything.
