This place is great. We called around because our dog got a gash that needed to be stitched up. Everywhere else in the valley said we needed an appointment for urgent care and to try again the next day. They got got us in within half an hour. Maybe we got lucky but they even called a couple days later to check on her. It's a smaller vet so prices are a little higher but it's worth it!

Although the care of my Kimber was good I have a complaint I need to share. Kimber had been in to see the doctor only days before she suddenly passed from what I think was a heart attack. When I called the clinic to let them know, the tech said "Thanks for letting us know. Have a nice day!" Yes, she said "Have a nice day"!!! But what's more us that the doctor NEVER called back to ask what happened, offer condolences.... NOTHING! Our old doctor (on the Westside) would never have treated the left-behind members of the family so cruelly. If I ever get another dog, I will not be returning to this clinic. If anything, I'll drive the nearly 7 hour round trip to get compassionate care and go back to Kimber's previous doctor.
