Me and my fiance have brought our pets here for years and they have a complete heart of gold for animals and always provide the best care. I dont recommend any other place.

We called for an appointment and a quote on Friday because our new pup has yeast in her ears and needed a chip. We were quoted ~$250 Monday: Over $400 later she is chipped and has ointment. This is why people have cut back on vet visits. We intentionally sought an independent vet instead of one owned by private equity, but that didn't stop the gouging. I'm sure there's a canned response coming; but aside from the chip, this non-emergency care could have been received online for a fraction of the cost.

Very caring vets (actually all staff interactions have been top notch!) Good follow through and even a follow up call - which I must say goes a long way with me!! My pup loves Dr Peterson & I trust her with my new fur baby … which says a lot.

I’m not exactly sure what’s up, but the quality of care seems to have gone down at this clinic. It used to be so nice and welcoming, and now I feel like all they care about is charging you as much money as possible for the lowest amount of effort. Staff seemed burned out and exhausted. I got the feeling that my vet team just wanted my appointment over with. I showed up on time and was not seen for 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. It was like they had one foot out the door from the second I got in the room. Lots of new faces around the building too, I think they may be going through some staffing changes? This is not the customer-centered clinic I remember, and I will not be recommending this place any longer.
