I absolutely love Dr Monica and all of her staff. From day one I knew this was our primary care clinic. Dr Monica is extremely warm, caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Her staff - all of them - are the BEST! My dog has a lot of major health issues, and they’ve supported me through all of them, and squeezed me in when there were emergencies that needed addressing right away. Everyone there is caring, compassionate, and extremely skilled. Dr Monica also is also ahead of the field and has a lot of the newest treatment options for everything including cancer and stem cell therapy, something you don’t see at a lot of clinics. If it wasn’t for Dr Monica and her staff, I don’t think I my dogs would be as healthy (one may not even be alive - my old boy) if it wasn’t for them. I also appreciate that Dr Monica never pushes for any treatment that isn’t needed, and allows me to make extremely informed decisions regarding my pets’ care. Tender Touch is the best clinic in town, and one of the best in the region. Thank you Tender Touch for everything 🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️

Been to TT twice. First time was great- some time in 2025. Good visit with the vet for my three dogs. Went into a room. Each dog examined and then I went on my way. Today-horrid -4/7/26. I had a conversation with whoever answers their phone about the vaccines my dogs needed before I travel. When I got there, there was no communication from whomever I had spoken to. We had to create everything on the fly. Because of this, two vaccines are missing that are required. Do you think they'll let me come back without getting charged? They didn't even have a room for my dogs. Three large dogs. While I was there two other large dogs came in, not controlled by their people. This could have been a catastrophic event if not managed properly. I removed my dogs outside since the staff seemed clueless regarding this. How can a vet operate in this manner? If either of these dogs had attacked any of my dogs, you bet there'd be a lawsuit. I'm tired of owners who have no control over their pets. And TT should have put my dogs in a room so there were not multiple pets in such a small waiting room. That is a disaster waiting to happen. Or they should have put the other dogs in rooms so that there were not mulitiple dogs in such a narrow space. Or they could space out their appointments so none of us would meet one another. So easy to avoid a possible dog attack. And I'm not saying my dogs are angels. They can be stupid. But putting multiple large dogs in such a narrow space is a disaster waiting to happen. And I'm still pissed the two vaccines are missing.
