Laure Molitor, DVM is very professional, and I would recommend her highly! Lake Stevens Animal Hospital has always been a great place to turn to with our family dogs--I appreciate their help!

Booster Pet Corporate, to which Lake Stevens Animal Hospital belongs, does not care about your pet or your negative experiences. A formal complaint about an incident at Lake Stevens Animal Hospital resulted in a sluggish and inattentive response from the CEO indicating she did not believe my complaint, would not hold employees accountable for inappropriate behavior, and does not care about the well-being of my pet.

Doctor schedules are difficult. My one interaction with Dr. Molitor was unhelpful. She didn’t listen and projected her pet’s problems onto my dog. The senior nurse, Amber, is rude and unprofessional. She will not defer to the vet for questions she can’t answer. Booster Pet, which owns Lake Stevens Animal Hospital, does not care about your pet or your bad experiences. They just want your money. Our mistake was that we didn’t switch to a different clinic sooner. My dog’s toe infection was misdiagnosed twice and became a bone infection. Don’t expect a follow up call when you take your pet to an emergency clinic.
