Over good service from this vet. They give you your options and let you know the price upfront vs finding out after you commit to a procedure. They will also listen to your input and give feedback based on your questions or concerns.

I took a 9 year old frenchie to have a mass removed on September 4 th. The surgery didn't go as planned as far as the incision they had to make the incision bigger then they thought . Which is understandable my concern is that when I picked her up that sameday I was told that if I had any concerns about the incision to take a picture or bring her in and they would take a quick look at it to make sure it was healing properly well I took her in on the 14 of September for them to take a look at it because I notice a lump by the incision and wanted to make sure it wasn't anything that was concerning. I couldn't take a clear picture of it so I took her in at 530 a half hour before closing to make sure they would be done with any appts. Just to have a tech or anyone with knowledge of what a wound like this should look like . And was told by the girl at the front desk that I needed a appointment for that I told her what the tech told me the day I picked her up that I could just pop in for them to look at it if I was concered at all.to my dismay the person at the front desk said sorry that was not correct I had to have an appointment even if this is true I still was told that and she should have accommodated me because of that. But that was not the case . I am very saddened by the lack of customer service and of the care for animals. We had just paid over 2000.00 dollars for that surgery not to mention all the cost to get ready for the surgery and you couldn't even have the morality or integrity to take 5 mins and take a peek at a incision that was done at your office. That is shameful and disappointing there has to be a higher standard of care for animals not only do you not keep the animal over night after cutting them open to make sure the animal is doing OK after a surgery but you expect the owner to do what should be done by qualified persons that alone is crazy for the amount of money that is being spent but then when the owner has concerns about the work that was done and to be turned away should be a crime. Please do better and don't forget the reason you did this job for the love of animals . Please show compassion its not just another dollar sign .That animal is someone's world.

Titan our maincoon loves this place Everyone is always nice. We go there every month to weigh him and they love to see him walking in on his leash. Now our new kitty " thunder" gets to enjoy special treatment. You're clinic is special and the one I trust.
