Family farm has used Jill's services for years. Just got the newest kittens vaccinated and fixed. Bit of a drive down a dirt road. But a good vets office.

Dr.Jill and her staff are amazing!! She fit us right in for an emergency with our dog and helped us right away! We couldn’t be more thankful.

Horrendous! Have made 3 office visits there recently. Our Blue Healer started coughing and wheezing, so we took her there on 4/11/26. Specifically told Jessica France that she had just returned from Arizona for the winter. Paid $84 for Office Visit, $70 for Heartworm Rapid Test and $310 for Canine Respiratory panel. She said Jinx likely had bronchitis and sent us home with 7 Doxycycline (normally prescribed for bacterial infections). Took almost a week for the results to come back from lab because of their remote location and slow processing. Were given the excuse that they had been ill, so they "closed for a couple days". Lab results came back saying everything was negative. We asked what about Valley Fever. They negligently had not requested it. (Any competent veterinarian would have for dog just returning form 5 moths in Arizona) They said since they did not request it that we would have to bring her out to their remote location again for them to draw more blood for Valley Fever test, which we did on 4/16/26. And sold us 14 Enrofloxacin tabs ($75.12) which is prescribed for bacterial infections, NOT VALLEY FEVER. And then charged us another $77 for the Valley Fever lab test, which came back POSITIVE. So they sent us home with 3 prescriptions (Theophylline, Hydrocodone and Fluconazole). Tried to get them filled, and the prescription slips were improperly filled out so we could not get them filled anywhere. In the quantity block they check marked 1-24 tablets, not citing a specific amount. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. They also were not able to get the hydrocodone bitartrate filled quickly because they were not set up for electronic prescriptions. Another boondoggle! So we had to make another trip out in the middle of nowhere to get the prescription forms corrected. Her condition had not improved over about a 4 week period so we scheduled a follow up which was done on 5/11/26; $50 for office visit, another $150 for X-rays, and $57.64 for Meloxidyl, which is specifically prescribed to treat pain and inflammation due to osteoarthritis in dogs. Which she does NOT HAVE. So they charged us $57 worth of an unneeded drug (which costs $14 from Chewy), for something SHE DID NOT HAVE. And another $150 for X-rays. All this after knowing full well that she had Valley Fever. They are a total rip-off who do not have a clue what they are doing. Prescribed and sold us drugs that are not even used to treat anything she actually had. They are outrageously incompetent, and incredibly over-priced. In conclusion; We had to make 3 separate trips to their remote location and paid them a total of $1034.42 for something that should have been suspected and tested for on the very first visit. So we paid over 3-times what any competent veterinarian would have cost, made 3 trips to their practice, all because they failed to check the single most obvious cause of our dogs ailment. And she is still we are not on the road to recovery. All due to their ineptness and incompetence, and haste to sell us drugs that had nothing to do with the actual diagnosis or symptoms. Jill Swannack and Jessica France are total failures. NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE THAT CLAIMS TO BE VETERINARIANS.
