This animal hospital has been a life saver for me as a person who has multiple health issues and disabilities. The staff and vet Dr Hollister have been extremely helpful every time I had to bring in one or both of our dogs; someone has always been available to physically help me with them. They had to do a procedure for our doberman Bodhi and were extremely nice and caring and took time to explain things even though clearly busy, and once again helped with getting him in the vehicle for me. Very caring staff and greatly appreciated! Thank you all again.

My partner said this was a great vet years before when he lived here, so we took our cats. Not only did no one ever smile, I felt like they didn't even care about my animals. The cost was insane, and they insisted my cats were too stressed to get blood draws or vaccines. My cats are both 13 years old and have never been labeled as too stressed or angry for blood draws or vaccines (they have done yearly vet trips since 3 months old). I even used to take them to Petco for vaccines and they were happy and aloof, not scared. I was told I would have to purchase gabapentin and come back to the vet. When I asked if we could schedule for bringing them back, they told me that they would call me to make the appointment. They called me 3 weeks later and tried insisting that I would owe $400 for the tech appointment. I insisted that I prepaid, and when they realized their mistake they didn't apologize. I asked them what would happen if I hadn't realized that I had prepaid, and they didn't have an answer. I also waited over 1.5 hours for my cats to just get a blood draw and weighed. When I told them the treats the cats like, I was told "oh we don't have treats in this room I guess." Also, 1 tablet of gabapentin for $15? Seriously? I won't be coming here again.

Not as efficient as could be and requesting stool samples to be brought in making for two trips where they could have requested it when the appointment was made.
