I love Dr. Koinis. She always takes care of Willow and is really nice. Ashlee is the LVT, I absolutely adore her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very down to earth. She's extremely friendly and not afraid to talk to you and answer your questions... I appreciate that she's not shy or timid... Seems to really enjoy her job and dealing with people. Thank you!

Renton was able to get us in quickly so we decided to try them out. Miles and Dr. Ding were amazing with my Chihuahua. He is stubborn and can be a bit of a handful but they both treated him so kindly and made sure he was comfortable. They worked quickly to get him back in the room with us and were very thorough during his evaluation. We will make this our new location!

Chantelle was super helpful on the phone. I need to grab some meds for my dog before a road trip, and while this Banfield didn't have any appointments available, she gave me the exact info I needed to find the rx he needed. This was the 6th vet I had called trying to find the meds and the first one who had the right advice about who to try next. Thanks Chantelle!!
