We’ve used and been happy with Fair Isle’s primary care for our animals since we moved to the island, but was prompted to write this after our experience needing them urgently. Our dog had an accident and was injured in the evening, I was sure we would have to go off island for an emergency vet trip, but we called fair isle and the on call vet said they could be at the clinic in 5 minutes and to bring her in. We went in and received compassionate, competent, and patient care from the vet and tech who came in. We were patched up and back home less than 2 hours after the accident. Being able to get such an excellent care so quickly was a huge relief and hopefully gives pup the best chance for recovery. So grateful!

Had a great experience taking my dog here. Our doctor, Dr. Hartmann, was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and was able to handle my large, high energy lab with confidence and ease. Also our tech was really nice. Really appreciated the care we received and would recommend Fair Isle to any big dog owners.

Love our island vet clinic! Fair Isle takes exceptional care of my dogs and cats. The vet techs and vets are all great with the animals and are very knowledgeable and good communicators. They are accommodating of my needs and always willing to do appts in their back room with its own entry to be able to skip waiting in and traveling thru the waiting room and rest of clinic. This is helpful for me and for my more dog-reactive ACD.
