Bothell Pet Hospital is by far the best Veterinary Care. The staff is awesome. I am so glad I found them for my two dogs.

My wife and I haven't used this establishment for about three years now, but even after all this time, we're still getting surprised by how entirely incompetent they were with taking care of our two cats. For months, they couldn't identify why our orange cat was throwing up so regularly, and it took meeting with a new vet to confirm that most orange cats can't free-feed. They couldn't identify the polyp in our calico's ear canal and we spent close to $800 treating various allergies she didn't have before a separate institution diagnosed it. The first meeting we had with our new vet, they identified a heart murmur in our orange that Bothell Pet Hospital didn't identify in the years they were checking on him. And just now, I learned that my orange cat has had parasites since before we even had him, which the Bothell Pet Hospital, again, failed to identify. I was fine to just walk away and find better service elsewhere, but now, I want to make sure that other pet parents know that they are better off seeking help from other veterinary establishments.

We love Bothell Pet Hospital and have been bringing our cats and dogs here for over 20 years. The veterinarians are caring and very responsive with results, the vet techs have also been great. Shout out to Dr. Camper and Ethan for an awesome recent visit, they were both so sweet with our nervous dog.

IF YOUR PET HAS RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS, DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS NOT A "PET HOSPITAL" IT'S ACTUALLY A "PET CLINIC". "HOSPITAL" IS ONLY IN NAME. The staff care, and are very helpful... but, we're not going back... ever. due to our dog's unique "special needs" That were not able to be met due to multiple factors including apparent LACK OF COMMUNICATION between Dr's about patient's problems & needs before continuing with sedation & x-ray. Staff is lacking problem-preparedness, and will sell services they don't have the equipment to back up, & send you to ANOTHER VET SOMEWHERE ELSE when they get scared they MIGHT have messed up.

We continue to drive well over an hour to this vet because of the exceptional care we recieve there. We see Dr. Harbor specifically, who is so great with my anxious pups.
