I am only able to write this review two years after the fact because I was so traumatized by our experience. Our cat had kidney problems but was not put on a kidney diet or any treatment. After over $1000 spent on tests the vet should have known it was obviously kidney problems due to the excessive peeing but told us to pay for a $700 sonogram before they could diagnose him. He was never put him on a kidney diet or any treatment. Instead it felt like Dr. Hardy was judging and blaming me to the point where I dreaded bringing him in. At one point our cat was given a medication for the swelling in his leg which helped. When we brought him to the emergency vet near his end the vet there was shocked he was never continued on that medication. I wish my complaints could have stopped there but the euthanasia was botched by their technician so that he was awake and knew he was dying. Hopefully they have learned or since made changes but we are traumatized by this experience. We would never recommend them to anyone to anyone we know.

Twinpines is our doggie's normal vet. AND WILL BE OUR VET FOREVER.❤️ after a visit to a different vet that ended up in a LIFE or DEATH SCARE that was actually a SEVERE MISDIAGNOSIS & severe lack of listening skills at 2 separate vets, we will never go to any other vet ever again. Twin pines forever. Twin pines show that they care about not just the physical health of the animal, but also their MENTAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING. Example: AT OTHER VETS it seems like "BEDSIDE MANNER" is a lost art, & other vets offered services that were over $14,000 for something that wouldn't have helped my dog get any better than just being at home would've. At Twin pines: they have a WONDERFUL "bedside manner" they treat my dog very nicely, and she's actually excited to go back and see them again, a wonderful experience EVERY TIME WE GO HERE❤️ staff are the 10 out of 10 stars, they usually let me stay in the room with my "special needs" dog, which is a BIG THING FOR ME after the traumatic treatment my dog went through at both... "Bothell Pet Hospital" (gets a 0 out of 10 stars) & "Blue Pearl" (gets a 1 star out of 10.) I wish twin pines had more dr's and more locations because TWIN PINES IS DOING "BELOVED FAMILY PET CARE" THE 100% RIGHT WAY. (Especially compared to other vets in the area.)
