I couldn't recommend AES more for any emergency regarding a pet. My little Maltese got into something he shouldn't have, had an episode of severe vomiting and paling of his gums. We sat at a different er vet for over an hour with being told the wait would be hours before he was seen. We decided to make our way to AES and im so incredibly grateful we did. They took him right to the back and treated him. They assured us his vitals were stable, gums looked much better and gave us a great plan of care and diet for our little bud while he recovered. They showed so much care and throughly went through his diagnosis and why they were prescribing the medication they were. We will definitely be keeping AES at the top of our list if we ever have an immediate emergency again.

Asked about humane euthanasia for a wild animal, got told I should just let nature do its work and let the animal starve, not very empathetic.

Took my dog in for rat poison ingestion. They were very thorough and got us back quickly and acted fast. Would 100% recommend if anyone needs an emergency vet.

I would highly recommend AES to anyone needing specialty surgery for their pet. My dog had cruciate ligament surgery here and the entire experience was excellent. The staff were caring, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout the process. The surgery, aftercare, and rehab support were outstanding!

Dr. Dan and the whole crew at Bird and Exotic are amazing. They go the extra mile and are always easy and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t bring my animals anywhere else.
