Took my dog here using their coupon for a free exam & flea treatment. She is scratching & needed an injection that cost almost $200 and they worked with me & a charity that helped me by paying for the injection. There was a lot of back & forth emails & calls to get it done and I appreciate EVERYTHING everyone did for us.

I have two giant Mastiffs, and we recently started bringing them to VCA to see Dr. Bower. To be completely honest, taking each of my dogs to the vet has been a nightmare. Their size alone can be intimidating, and I always worry about how stressful the experience will be for them—and for the staff. Dr. Bower and the entire team have been absolutely wonderful. They remained calm, patient, and understanding through every step. I found myself apologizing more than once, and they kept reassuring me that I didn’t need to apologize. They understood my dogs’ size, their needs, and my concerns as their owner. Dr. Bower took all the time necessary to make sure my pups were properly cared for, never making us feel rushed or like a burden. That level of patience and compassion means so much to me. I’m so grateful we found a veterinary team that treats my giant babies with the same care and understanding that I do. Highly recommend Dr. Bower and the VCA team! ❤️🐾
