Everyone who helped with my pet today at CEG is awesome! She has a little snap she does that isn’t appropriate behavior when the medical staff are trying to treat her. They had to put a muzzle on her but they were calm and efficient, and still very kind about her treatment. If an unknown dog snapped at me I don’t know if I could have done as well. VEG is the BEST!

Every staff member I interacted with was exceptional at their job, cared about the pet and the human, and kept things moving. The estimate and payment were handled via text and I was able to review, sign and pay the estimate in minutes while I waited for the next step. I left with very clear written instructions that were reviewed with me in detail. At every stage of the visit I was educated about what was going on and asked what questions I had. I can’t say I’m happy my pet needed VEG but I can say that I’m thrilled we landed there and that they took great care of both of us.

On Sunday September 13th early in the morning, we had to make a very hard decision to bring our sweet 16 year old Shi tzu/Yokie in to be put down. We had planned to have another vet service come to our home later that same morning so she could pass at home, but she was in too much distress to wait. We looked up VEG in Lynnwood WA and they told us to bring her in ASAP. Josie was in the midst of confusion and off and on seizures when we brought her in. The staff was so very compassionate to our sweet girl and our family. It was a very hard thing for us to watch our Josie go through the distressing episode she was in, but the staff was calm, so kind, and handle her with love and respect. They didnt know her but they proceeded as if they did. I highly recommend this clinic. Their compassion for our dog will forever be remembered by our family.

I was seen by a doctor within five minutes and felt right away that a solution was in motion. Dr. Ali was so good with me and my pet who can sometimes be a challenge. So kind and patient with us, but kept the process moving in order to help us get home as soon as we could.
