I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We breed Persians, and somehow managed to pick up an upper respiratory infection. With two litters of babies and three adults in the house, it spread quickly, much like a kindergarten class… Petrie dish. Super fun. Our normal vet could not get us in quickly enough (totally understandably), so I started desperately calling around at about 3pm. You guys… Pine Tree let me drop off my FIVE kittens at 8am THE NEXT MORNING. By lunchtime, they had assessed all of them, prescribed antibiotics for the sick ones and also for everyone else, who weren’t yet sick but everyone agreed were almost certain to fall ill. They sent me home with very specific care instructions and told me to call back immediately if things went sideways. I’m told the entire staff also provided LOTS of complimentary snuggles to all the babies. I was fully expecting a $1,200 bill. Nope. Less than $600. I can’t even tell you how reasonable that is. As these things go, the adult cats in the house got sick soon after the babies. Once again, they got us in the next day. And again, the staff was amazing and the fees totally reasonable. Then we had a baby develop a complication. They squeezed us in AGAIN. I could not be more grateful for these people. They’re professional, friendly, operate with common sense, and as far as I can tell are all around amazing humans. You can trust them with your pets (all of them… they do birds, lizards, etc). I’ll be taking my fluff-butts there for all things moving forward. Thank you so much, Pine Tree! ❤️ Pics of the babies for your amusement.
