Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital

ive never experienced such negligence: you wont be notified of the tests you run for your very sick animal unless you call and ask, even though the tests have come back to their office. theyll say the doctor will call with more information- this either wont happen or the recommendations wont exist. do not take your pets here.

I brought my cat here for an urgent visit after she began having obvious blood in her urine and urinary frequency. My experience at this clinic was unfortunately unacceptable across every phase. I had to personally chase down every single test result. The front desk was additionally very unwelcoming and was unhelpful in providing any information. Based on the records I received upon request, my cat’s initial urinalysis resulted the same day I had dropped it off, yet the clinic sat on the report through the entire weekend without notifying me. I then called Monday morning asking for results and was told I would receive a call before the end of the day. One hour before they were closing, I had not received a call so had to call again for results. It was then advised we come in the next day for a sterile urine sample and x-ray to check for stones. This sample was collected on Sept 23 and based on records results were finalized/received by the clinic on Sept 24, but I had to call again on Monday, Sept 28 for an update. Even then, the front desk refused to discuss the negative result, and told me that the doctor would call me by the end of the day. Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a call by the time their clinic had closed. I would expect a veterinary clinic to uphold basic standards of diagnostic follow-through and client communication, especially when it comes to a sick pet. Me having to constantly ask for results and clarification while my cat has remained symptomatic is entirely unacceptable particularly when a cat has acute urinary symptoms.

Do not take your pets there if it’s urgent. There is a lack of communication; they say they will call, but they never do. I had to call them multiple times to get the test results. They are wasting both my and my cat's time

I've been taking my fur babies here since 2012/2013. The vets and staff have always been very caring, even after Dr. YUN took over for Dr. BETZ. I've seen my fur babies come and go, Mill Creek Vet Hospital has been a constant in our lives. My whole family brings their fur babies here. They are like our children, and we wouldn't bring them anywhere else!

I want to thank Dr. Yun, Mary, and the rest of the staff for squeezing us in at the end of the day when our other vets couldn’t, even though we were not already established patients. Dr. Yun was able to do an x-ray for us and save us a trip to the emergency room!! I can tell that Dr. Yun takes his time with the animals and is a humble and caring person. Having worked at a corporate veterinary hospital, I feel like I avoided everything I don’t want to experience at the vet by coming here. He also took the time to help figure out what’s really going on, aside from needing the x-ray from my dog eating lots of stuff he shouldn’t. Lastly, they handled my own anxious energy graciously and compassionately. THANK YOU to the moon and back! - Kelsey and Wally
