Yesterday was my first time at their clinic and I am impressed. I recently went to another clinic and felt like I was not listened to, not to mention their clinic was stinky. Petcare was the complete opposite, their clinic was clean and no scent of urine which helped my dog feel less anxiety. They also had a nice reception area where cookies and drinks were available while we waited. We saw Dr. Bittner and she was amazing, not only did she take her time to explain everything to me in detail, she also listened to my concerns and had great solutions. The tech was so nice too, even though my dog got shots and microchipping, she came out to me with her tail wagging (which is a first)! They did whatever they could to make my pet feel safe, secure, and less anxious! I am very happy with them, I definitely recommend this place!

I take my dog there for over 9 years. Friendly staff, perfect level of communication, super helpful. I had an issue with my thrive plus plan and they were very helpful to fix it for me.

Dr. Robison is excellent. She took great care of my cat and answered all my questions in detail. Tibbs was calm and was able to do the procedures. I highly recommend her!
