Recent comments frequently mention friendly, attentive staff who recognize returning clients and provide supportive care during difficult visits, including end-of-life appointments and follow-up gestures like a handwritten card. A contrasting recent review raises concerns about a high initial exam fee, repeating bloodwork done elsewhere, and not providing basic estimates.
