I am so grateful for this veterinary office! When my kitten had a false positive FeLV test from the shelter and refused to retest, Loyal Companion let us come in immediately for additional testing. I would've had to surrender my kitten that day otherwise, since I have other cats at home. Thank you Dr. Meyers for caring for Tilda!! Also want to give a shout out to Bri, who is amazing with our cats.

This was our first time at this clinic to establish care for our young cat + a urinalysis following an ER visit where they found crystals in his urine. I must say, Dr Miller is impressive! He handled our squirmy cat really well and gave us thorough information. Amongst all the vets we’ve ever seen for Maui (our kitty), this is the best! Their rooms were clean too and they had a cute little cat tree where Maui went and hid (:

We used Loyal Companion for our Berner for about five years. We were very say with the service. However, after we moved out of state, we cannot get them to send our dog’s records to our new vet. I’ve called and emailed at least six times over the last several months. My wife has also called and emailed them. You’d think, after spending several thousand on vet bills over the years, they could generate an email with your dog’s history. But, no. They don’t seem to care about customer service once you move. There are enough choices in the area. I’d go with one that cares.

I like them a lot. They have a fantastic waiting room, low lighting, earthy colors, and very peaceful music. They have a vet, Dr. Matt I think his name is. Very helpful, did a very good thing for me and my incredibly old pug today. He was very quick, understanding, did his homework. Thank you very much, excellent clinic.

Lovely vet clinic! They always take good care of my pup and are responsive over text. They can often fit him for a same day appt. when needed. The vets were super thorough in explaining things to me.
