We have been going here for years. I have seen it go from top notch to now, which seems to be quantity over quality. We took our dog in last week with some issues, and she was treated. After a day, she began to backslide in her recovery. We took her back in - even though North County made it clear they were very busy. They gave her a very brief look and said everything was fine. 12 hours later we had her at an ER to find out North County did a terrible job requiring much clean up at a dramatic cost. I called North County about it, and they took zero responsibility- even going as far as gaslighting me that I must have forgotten to tell them everything when we were there, then proceeded to tell me they did everything correctly. They were absolutely fine letting my poor girl suffer through this with very sub par care. Also, their records do not match what they told us, which is very concerning when it comes to follow up or future care. I feel compelled to tell everyone and report them to the regulatory agencies - I was fortunate to have enough money to go elsewhere to fix their mistakes, but I know not everyone can do that. Beware, folks. Bad care and not even a shred of accountability.

Many thanks to the wonderful staff and Doctor Kopman. Professional and quick but filled with laughter, empathy, and compassion for an unplanned visit. Like always, I highly appreciate everything you all do and for being amazing people.

Awful experience with the reception staff and management when letting them know how rude their employee is. Would not recommend, what a shame cant go to a small clinic anymore. Corporation veterinary clinic would be the better option for pet care. To the clinic- DO NOT contact me, transfer my records as requested. If you contact me I will file a harassment complaint with the state board on your treatment of disabled people.

My little boy got very sick today and I had to put him down. I'm destroyed. The entire staff from receptionist to Dr were amazing, in their care for him and me. They tried everything to save him for 2 hours and he just couldn't recover. This is a place you can trust.
