We have been taking our little dude to Dr. Rich for 2 years now for many many skin allergies and issues and I cannot begin to thank Dr. Rich and everyone in the staff for how kind, caring, thoughtful and understanding they are! Dr. Rich spends the whole time listening to you, explaining what she is thinking, the path she wants to take, what to expect and our tiny dog who is super timid when it comes to doctors is very chill when he sees the staff and Dr. Rich! We are so so thankful and so happy with our experience and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Can't say enough good things about this practice. I worked with Dr. Rich, she was lovely and more importantly fixed my dog!! I have a senior yorkie with chronic allergies that lead to chronic skin and ear infection. Due to the complexity, we did have to go back several times. However, each time, I saw progressive success in resolving the infection and then finally we got a medication that could manage her allergies. The staff was always professional and kind. The only downside is the exam cost is steep but lab and medication cost seemed very inline with general vet costs. I found a ton of value in their expertise and advice. They fixed my dog's skin after years of bandaid fixes from general vets. I totally think its worth it.
