Lynnwood Animal Hospital

I picked up a stray kitten who is pregnant and was recommended by a friend to see Dr.Vincenzi at Lynnwood animal hospital because they are usually able to accommodate same day appointments. Our usual vet was booked out til next week so this was the best bet! And I have to say, this was probably the best vet experience I’ve had in my life. If it wasn’t a 40+ minute drive I would switch the rest of my pets here. Dr.Vincenzi was so kind, helpful and humorous. Both my dad and I could feel the genuine care and concern not only from the doctor, but the vet techs that were helping as well. And with a good bill of health, the stray, now named Violet, and now my cat, will have her kittens any day in a warm and safe place!

This is a high quality Vet with extensive experience treating cats. I have been to a number of Vets across many years and I would put them in the top 3, in the Marysville, Everett, Lynnwood area.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to the Lynnwood Animal Hospital since 2020 when it was under a different ownership. While I miss the previous Vets, I’ve been very pleased with the new owners and their team. I bring in three dogs for their routine immunizations and check ups as well as some challenging medical issues with one of the dogs. All the staff have been very kind to both me and the dogs. Laura has always followed through with every request for vet notes and prescription refills for me. Dr. Vincenzi and Dr Castagno have listened to my concerns about my dog’s health and provide me with enough information that I can make an educated decision as to treatment for them. Alexa and Anthony as well as past Vet assistants/techs treat my dogs with compassion despite being licked constantly. I love that the owners support community non profits that help animals!

Love the staff and they’re always very friendly. I absolutely hate the ai assistant they’ve implemented to answer calls. The AI is not helpful, condescending, and rude. I do not wish to speak to an AI when I call a vet to speak with an employee. It makes me feel like my call is not important to them enough that they have to outsource it to a bot. I do not feel respected or cared for as a client when all of my requests are outsourced to a chat bot. I called 5 separate times just trying to connect with a real person but the AI refused to connect me and kept redirecting me to different unrelated places. I will be seeking veterinary services elsewhere due to the frustration this has caused.
