Snohomish Station Animal Hospital

Sharing feedback after switching practices and everything has settled... SKIP this place!!! I was going here for a couple years or so and the revolving door of care was a huge stress factor. What I mean is when your pet has constant eye, ear, skin infections and you go back to get these things treated = tests, tests, and more tests EVERY time. $$$$$ galore. I did it because I love my pet. My new vet has diagnosed my dog with dry eye and allergies, two simple, cheap medications later, he is doing so much better. 16 year old black lab mix, now in excellent health again. The other thing that really irritated me was constantly explaining to about 4 or 5 people every appointment as to what is going on with the dog. (They have notes from the prior 20 + visits...) Make an appointment with the front desk = explain issues with the person via text (phone calls are NOT encouraged, phone tree makes it harder than calling a huge corporation.) Next, explain your issues to the follow-up, pre appointment message. Next, explain the same issues to the tech assistant checking you in while at the actual exam room the day of appointment. Finally, you get to explain everything AGAIN to the doctor when they come in the room. Revolving door of poor care, poor front desk, and corporate-run quality business. SKIP it and go somewhere better. I did.

We’ve taken our animals to Snohomish Station for years. They are professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, not only with our animals but also with our animals humans😉. We highly recommend Snohomish Station.

So kind, compassionate amazing doctors and all the staff actually
